Mobile Legends Emblem Mastery: Best Builds for All Roles

Unfortunately, emblems aren’t as simple as they look. Brody is a marksman, but uses the Assassin emblem. Natan, also a marksman, uses the Mage emblem. Even Fredrinn, clearly a tank, uses the Support emblem.
I’ve watched all the emblem tutorials out there, but most of them only talk about the emblems one by one. To truly master emblems, you need to know which hero type uses which emblem and which talents to pick. That’s why I spent the past month designing emblems for every hero and explaining them in the easiest way possible.
Assassins
As an assassin, your goal is to maximize damage, penetration, and movement speed. So, use the Assassin or Mage emblem.
-
Tier 1 talents: Rapture, Thrill
-
Tier 2 talents: Seasoned Hunter, Weapon Master
-
Core talents: War Cry, Little Ignition, Temporal Rain
This applies to all assassins—except Ling, who focuses on critical hits, so use Fatal as Tier 1.
Assassin emblems are quite simple. That’s why assassin players should respect tanks, because tank emblems are much more complex.
Tanks
Tanks are divided into two categories:
Supportive Tanks
If you're playing supportive tanks like [examples], focus on defense, movement speed, and spell cooldown. Use the Tank emblem with:
-
Tier 1: Vitality, Firmness, Agility
-
Tier 2: Pull Yourself Together, Tenacity
-
Core talents: Focusing Mark, Brave Smite, Concussive Blast
Damage Tanks
For damage-oriented tanks like [examples], maximize defense and defense-based damage. Use:
-
Tier 1: Vitality, Firmness
-
Tier 2: Tenacity, Wilderness Blessing
-
Core talent: Concussive Blast
Jungler tank? Use Seasoned Hunter as Tier 2.
Exceptions:
-
Uranus burns mana quickly—use the Common emblem for better mana regen.
-
Fredrinn should use the Support emblem to gain movement speed and healing.
Tank damage may be low—but if you want to be tanky and deal real damage, play a fighter.
Fighters
Fighters are also split into two types:
Sustain Fighters
For heroes like [examples], focus on spell vamp, damage, defense, and mobility. Use the Fighter emblem with:
-
Tier 1: Thrill, Agility
-
Tier 2: Festival of Blood
-
Core talents: Brave Smite, War Cry, Quantum Charge, Temporal Rain
Exception:
-
Esmeralda gains sustain from shield, not spell vamp—use Support emblem instead.
Full-Damage Fighters
For these heroes, emblem setup depends on their damage type:
-
Physical: Use Assassin emblem
-
Magic: Use Mage or Assassin emblem
-
Tier 1: Rapture, Agility
-
Tier 2: Master Assassin, Weapon Master
-
Core: Little Ignition
Exceptions:
-
Badang has two builds. If going tanky, use Support emblem. If full damage, use Assassin emblem.
-
Khalid has huge base damage—no need for bonus damage. Use Tank emblem with Thrill as Tier 1.
Mages
Mages are split into two roles:
Burst Mages
For heroes like [examples], focus on burst damage, movement speed, and penetration. Use the Mage or Assassin emblem with:
-
Tier 1: Rapture
-
Tier 2: Wilderness Blessing or Bargain Hunter
-
Core: Little Ignition or Impure Rage
DPS Mages
For heroes like [examples], maximize cooldown, consistent damage, and mobility. Use the Mage emblem with:
-
Tier 1: Thrill, Inspire, Agility
-
Tier 2: Bargain Hunter, Weapon Master, Tenacity
-
Core: Temporal Rain, Impure Rage, War Cry
Exception:
-
Alice burns mana fast—use the Common emblem for hybrid regen.
Supports
For support heroes like [examples], focus on healing amplification and cooldown. Use the Support emblem with:
-
Tier 1: Inspire, Agility
-
Tier 2: Pull Yourself Together, Wilderness Blessing, Bargain Hunter
-
Core: Focusing Mark
Marksmen (MM)
Marksmen are divided into three categories:
Attack Speed MM
For heroes like [examples], maximize attack speed. Use the Marksman emblem with:
-
Tier 1: Swift
-
Tier 2: Tenacity, Weapon Master
-
Core: Quantum Charge, War Cry, Weakness Finder
Critical MM
For heroes like [examples], focus on critical damage. Use Marksman or Assassin emblem with:
-
Tier 1: Fatal
-
Tier 2: Tenacity, Weapon Master
-
Core: Quantum Charge, War Cry, Weakness Finder
Penetration MM
For heroes like [examples], focus on damage and penetration. Use Assassin emblem with:
-
Tier 1: Rapture, Agility
-
Tier 2: Weapon Master, Tenacity
-
Core: Little Ignition, Quantum Charge
Exception:
-
Natan and Kimmy deal magic damage—use Mage emblem instead of Marksman.
